The First Objective

The premier Super-Wealthy Money-Making Project is under the control of our non-profit foundation. It's an Infrastructure-Restoration Project. It's designed to protect and preserve the Sacramento - San Joaquin river delta in California just east of San Francisco where the Sacramento river and the San Joaquin rivers meet and empty into San Francisco bay. This area is the source of the water for about 25 million people in central and southern California.

It's an immense inland delta. It covers about 11,000 square miles and includes dikes, levees, rivers, marshes, water ways, intermixed with residential sections, farms, and even entire communities. Because of human interference with nature, much of the area is now well below sea level, in many sections by as much as fifteen feet or more.

It's one of the most urgent and vitally-needed infrastructure repair projects in the entire nation. Why? Because at this time, and with nothing happing to change the situation, it's a social, political, economic, and environmental disaster of monumental proportions just waiting to happen.

Legalizing marijuana, regulating its distribution, and taxing it similar to the way alcohol is taxed, will turn this multi-billion dollar liability into a multi-billion dollar asset.

The prohibition of alcohol was a huge, social disaster.   Criminalizing marijuana is disaster a hundred times worse.   Contrary to the stories you've been told, marijuana prohibition:
IS NOT A stepping stone to other extremely harmful drugs.
                     This conclusion was the result of an intensive
                     presidential commission ordered by President Richard Nixon.
DOES NOT Promote its use.
                     Legal or outlawed, its use is about the same.
