. The intentions of this page and the devices described here are: 1) To describe ways to capture the oil and gas as that are presently (June 2010) being release into the Gulf of Mexico (See the three diagrams below on this page) 2) To design a family of oil capture devices that can be immediately available and fully-functional for use in any future oil-spill emergencies.
3) To explain an incredible simple way
to prevent future environmental . |

. Underwater Oil Capture
A way to stop the oil being released into the Gulf of Mexico is urgently needed.
If what we are proposing proves itself to be functional, the super-wealthy will steal the design, patent the product and claim it as their own no matter what we do. They can claim patent rights, but they can never claim that they were smart enough to figure this out for themselves. If they were competent, not only would they have done so weeks ago, they'd have created a family of oil capture devices years ago and would have had them available for immediate deployment of April 20,2010.
We have much more joyous and profitable ways to utilize our time, attention, and effort, that does NOT include fighting with Money& Profit Addicts

. Diagram One -- The Oil Collecting Funnel: The diagram below is a very crude first draft and is not drawn to scale. The use of a funnel in this diagram is to demonstrate the design concept and not to necessarily use a funnel that looks anything like the one pictured here. So don't take the diagram literally. Close your eyes and imagine a device based on this concept that fits the specific needs of this (or any other oil-leak) crisis.

. Diagram Two -- Oil Collecting Tank: This diagram is similar to the one above. The difference is that this oil collecting device is a sealed tank. It's built in two separate sections that are to be joined together after the "ring-base" is attached to the pipe below the break. The "Ring Base:" The base-ring is designed so that it can be slipped around the broken pipe in a manner similar the way handcuffs are placed on a wrist. The hole in the base-ring is designed to exactly fit the pipe and form a leak-proof seal. The base and the collecting tank are designed to fit together, interlock, and create a closed container. The Collecting Tank: The collecting tank is similar to a large steel bottle with a hose attached to the top leading to the surface (as described above.) The collecting tank may be made of some material other than steel, such as very-large, flexible, rubber-like, steel-reinforced bottle. Think of the design as if it were an extra-heavy-duty truck tire, only instead of being in the shape of a tire, it's in the shape of a very large bottle. See Diagram three below. Placement: After the ring-base has been securely attached to the pipe and the pumps at the surface are on and functioning, the oil-collecting tank is brought over the broken pipe and lowered into place and securely fastened to the ring-base. The pipe to the surface and the pumps must pull at least as much liquid and gas as is coming form the broken pipe. Once the unit is in place, the positioning cables become anchoring cables. Even if the connection between the pipe and the ring-base in not a perfect fit, maintaining a negative pressure in the tank and in the pipes to the surface should significantly reduce or eliminate any oil leaking out into the water Again, don't take the diagram literally. Close your eyes and imagine a device based on this concept that fits the specific needs of this (or any other oil-leak) crisis.

. Diagram Three Inflatable Oil Collecting Tank: This oil collection tank is a variation of the tank described above in Diagram Two. The difference is that this oil collecting device is made from material similar to the fixable material that is used salvage stranded ships and/or in truck tires. I've included below several photos that I found on the Internet. This process was developed by my grandfather's friend, Ernst Borucky, in Hamburg, Germany in the 1960's. The bags can be redesigned to whatever size and strength is appropriate for the particular situation. (i. e. When necessary, it can be reinforced with steel mesh in a manner similar to the way auto and truck tires are reinforced) On the top, the bag has a fixture designed to attach to the pipe (or a hose) leading on the surface. On the bottom it can have any of a variety of attachment fixtures. It can be a complex as that designed for the steel tank described in Diagram Two above or a simple as a large hose clamp that tightens the bottom end of the bag around the broken pipe. Again, don't take the description literally. Close your eyes and imagine a device based on this concept that fits the specific needs of this (or any other oil-leak) crisis.

. The intention of the mechanisms described on this page is to open your mind to to a device (and/or family of devices) based upon this principle that can be used to capture underwater "spilled" oil (at any location) before it reaches the surface. One of the goals is to be able to be able to capture "spilled" oil under a variety of conditions and circumstances.
The entire unit can be designed to function at a depth of perhaps a hundred feet below the surface to avoid weather disturbances. (Again, depth design is adjustable to suit the individual conditions and circumstances,) As an example, in the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, the engineers could figure out where the bulk of the oil is reaching the surface and deploy one or more of these collection units at or just below the ocean surface and collect a significant percentage of the "spilled" oil. The designs are infinitely adaptable to any situation. We suggest researching past oil spills to determine if a unit like this had been available, how could it have been deployed and what would its ideal structure be. Based upon this research, several such units should be constructed and available to be delivered to the site by aircraft on a moment's notice.
And by the way, the United States government still owes me the retired colonel's salary for the past nineteen years. . |

. Dear Mr. President, Rather than directly contacting those responsible for the disaster in the Gulf of Mexico, we are directing the information on this website to the White House. Hopefully you can use it to get the polluters to actually do something to collect the oil as it leaves the broken pipe and before it reaches the ocean surface. Please pass this message on to the appropriate people. Thank You, Sincerely Kurt Hach 818-727-0727
P. S. About Taking Responsibility: When you said, "I accept responsibility." you opened yourself up to be the scapegoat for years of corporate shortsightedness that put Profits ahead of everything, including safety. Stop being the fall guy for past snafu's. Instead say: "I take responsibility for seeing to it that this never happens again, BUT: The cause of this disaster sits in the lap of those who sat in this office prior to my administration. The responsibility for this disaster sits in the lap of BP corporate mismanagement that put profits ahead of safety. The responsibility for this disaster sits in the lap of our regulatory agencies which are dominated by the corporations that they are supposed to regulate." . |

. BP (aka: British Petroleum denying its heritage) has demonstrated its management incompetence by ignoring warnings of potential disasters, by its lack of emergency preparedness and by it's inability to stop and/or contain the present oil spill. The Chairman of BP gave us a clear example of his inability to run a multi-billion-dollar company with his reference to the people whose lives his company is destroying as "small people." His statement tells us that we have a man publically expressing characteristics of Megalomania as the CEO of one of the worlds most financially powerful corporations. The people who run BP are simply incompetent. That's not to blame them. They are doing the best that they can do. They, like many other corporate leaders, are simply not qualified to do the job that they are being paid to do. The problem is in the system that creates this type of leadership. It's the system is broken not the people running it The people running BP are simply sleepwalkers and Money & Profit Addicts doing what sleepwalkers and money & profit addicts do. In the Gulf of Mexico oil crisis, BP executives have clearly demonstrate what is commonly referred to as The Peter Principle -- people functioning in a position that is beyond their capacity to manage with competence. Like a multitude of other corporate chief executrices (such as Enron's Jeff Skilling) BP Executives are simply not qualified to to handle a major corporation without some form of supervision and without some form of outside, objective feedback and without some form of accountability. These three factors need to be added to corporate management structures. Why? So that potential problems can be stopped before the destructive behavior creates still more major economic and/or environmental problems. The goal here is not to blame BP executives, or call them names, or seek to punish them. The goals are three fold 1) To stop the destruction, 2) Clean up the mess, and 3) To redesign the corporate management system with: A) A built-in structure for executive supervision --i.e. a built in watchdog system -- a system that catches problems before they reach the disaster stage. B) an outside, objective feedback system, --i.e. a system that gives executives a disattached, objective, other-side-of-the-fence perspective on what they are doing. C) a structure for day-today, executive accountability --i.e. a system that removes incompetent executives before they produce major problems. Why? So that corporate executive incompetence does not produce more environmental and/or economic disasters. . |

An
Endowment Fund for |
|
. As a result of the Gulf of Mexico oil disaster BP has committed 20 Billion dollars to a clean-up and recovery effort. Because this ecological disaster is so extensive and because it directly or indirectly affects literally millions of people, it will take decades to clean up, and the 20, billion dollars will have been spent long before clean up and restoration is complete. Therefore, as an adjunct, we suggest a simple addition for this long-term economic recovery effort, and for other, future, environmental disasters, as well. We suggest that an independent, yet interconnected and mutually supporting network of revised and updated versions of the traditional non-profit foundation be set up (using the structures described at http://www.Medical-Marijuana-foundation.com/mmt-foundation-structure.html#gr. We suggest at least one E. D. R. foundation be set up in each state. The what, why, and how of this is explained in detail at the website linked to above.
Here are the stipulations for the future use of public lands: Every public land leasing rights contract shall be altered so that the lessee is required to transfer to an economic and ecological disaster relief fund five percent of it's gross income from whatever is produced as a result of that lease. The donation money from the corporations is never spent and never ever encumbered in any way what so ever. (i.e. never used as loan collateral, etc.) Instead, it is is placed into the landowner-state's non-profit foundation. The money received is placed in an endowment fund. That fund is professionally managed and buys stock in one or more of the major corporations that make a profit from the use of, or from the extraction of something on and/or under public property. The profits from the investment are used to aid and assist economic and environmental recovery. If those in control are too weak or too afraid to alter the existing contracts, they can pass laws requiring a five percent surtax be charged on all corporate profits derived from public lands, (i. e. like those that are so eagerly placed upon the public by governments and by the banking corporations). At minimum, all future contracts can include this provision. This new public-property-use-policy applies to any and to all corporate use of public properly, including, but not limited to, oil and gas drilling, mining rights, grazing rights, tree-cutting rights and everything else of any kind whatsoever taken from public lands and/or off shore, and/or from under water. Each state's E. D. R. foundation is to be controlled by an independent body directly elected directly by the state residents of the state in which the drilling, mining, et cetera takes place. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall existing political structures own, influence, and/or in any way control these foundations.
We suggest that for at least the next twenty years, BP donate five percent of its income to the foundations in the gulf states, and that the foundation use the money to buy stock in BP, and that the foundations uses the profits from the stock ownership for their economic recovery effort. You might note that BP already donates huge amounts of money to environmental causes, so we are simply proposing that BP redirect their donations to the E. D. R. foundation in the Gulf states.
It doesn't take Einstein or Sherlock Holmes to figure out that by using the donations received from BP, to buy stock in BP, the foundations, collectively, would, if the process continued, eventually own controlling interest in BP.
In case you haven't
figured it out yet, that's the plan and the
intention underlying this proposal. To
see the intentions, goals and phenomenal results from this
type of company management structure, please go to
the website describing how to create a Debt-Free, True Corporate
Democracy: By following this procedure, we can turn a disaster into a blessing. If you examine our description of What Social Security Was Supposed to Be, you understand what we mean. And when you look closely at this process, you'll notice that when applied to several other large corporations, partnering a specially-designed, independent, non-profit foundation with a for-profit corporation, produces a new management system that solves literally dozens of major environmental ,social, political, and economic problems and does so with grace and ease, non-violently, and by free will choice. . |

The Truth Challenge |
|
. If you think the oil-capture device described on this page is an unworkable fairytale, We challenge you to prove us wrong! If you think that we cannot redesign a corporate business structure that will prevent a corporate-mismanagement-produced-disasters form happening again, We challenge you to prove us wrong! If you think our claim that we have a solution to corporate executive addiction to profits at any price, is unworkable and or in any way in error, We challenge you to prove us wrong! If you think Kurt Hach's statements about his gross mistreatment after providing valuable services to the American military in the 1991 Gulf War are in any way inaccurate, We challenge you to prove us wrong! If you think there are any errors in the statements made on this website on on any of the websites linked to from this website, We challenge you to prove us wrong! The Gulf of Mexico oil spill disaster has global implications. It's one more expression of major, human-caused, environment destruction that with proper corporate management, it could have been prevented. Human activity has triggered the now automatic and self-expanding release of 10,000 billion tons of methane presently frozen in the Arctic Circle. Methane is twenty times more destructive to the environment than carbon dioxide. Each year, the amount of this gas being released is increasing. To say this more bluntly: We've turned on Nature's Doomsday Machine. We have only about five more years left to begin taking major steps (and we mean major steps) to stop Runaway Global Climate Change. After this window of opportunity closes, we will no longer have the capacity to stop the Arctic Circle methane release. If we fail to take action now, within a matter of a few decades, Runaway Global Climate Change will produce results so profound and so drastic and so devastating that any humans who survive these the changes will find little left that is even recognizable. If you think our assessment of the time we have left before Global Climate Change becomes unstoppable is inaccurate and too short, We challenge you to prove us wrong! And one other thing, If you bet against the accuracy of our climate change statements and your wrong, you've just killed you present or future grand children! Is that a bet you want to make? We challenge you to prove us wrong!
"In a closed mind, the truth is no match for a good fantasy. In on open mind, even the grandest fantasy is no match for the truth."

A message to President Obama From Rev. Cote' |
|
. Editor's Note: Many readers are going to say that this message is too blunt, too disrespectful and too crude. Well, we've already contacted the President with more than two dozen respectful courteous and very polite messages, and what has that gotten us? It has gotten us ignored more than two dozen times. So if you think that we should do more of what doesn't work or that we should do the same thing harder, or that we should just go away and silently drink the cyanide-laced, mental cool aid that comes to us daily on television, we have one suggestion for you: "Go tell your mother she wants you."
RE: About Being the President: Dear Mr. President, You asked to be President and we gave you our votes. If you want our votes again, it's time for you to actually BE THE PRESIDENT! Are you aware that millions of us have all but given up on you, because being a real president requires the courage to actually be in charge, instead of being a patsy president, kissing the asses of the money lenders and following their orders. You can deny this assessment of your interactions with the money lenders, but please don't, because the evidence would call you a liar. Here are six issues the desperately need re-examination: Money: You could solve a huge percentage of the nations problems by stepping outside of your present fairytale financial belief system, and by having the courage to simply by follow in the footsteps of Senator Carol Satyavant. But we can't face that piece of the truth because the ego-atheist money lenders would be pissed, and a kiss-ass president wouldn't want that. War: You could end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and end religious-inspired terrorism almost immediately by waging a non-violent psychological war (using pig soup) instead of a physical war with guns, bombs and the murder of anybody who gets in the way. But, you already know that, 1) because using pigs to stop Islamic violence is proven historical fact, and 2) because in prior messages to the Whitehouse, I've connected you to a detailed description of how to use pig soup to end religious-inspired terrorism. But then, if we stopped the wars, the ego-atheist money lenders would be pissed and and a kiss-ass president wouldn't want that
Editor's Note: Go to
http://www.ReligionAndReality.com/trsm-15-pig-soup-solution.html#10 Your Advisors: You really need some outside advisors who will tell you the truth. Why? Because (with perhaps a rare exception or two) your present advisors are all millionaires, multi-millionaires or billionaires -- they're all beholding to the money-lenders (The Powers That Be) -- they're all members of The Grandfather Generation -- none of them have had contact with the real world for years -- and none of them dare speak the truth. Even when bits of truth manage to reach them, they are afraid to speak up, because, if they did, they'd have their lives destroyed by those who want to maintain the status quo. And as far as their basic, mental mindset is concerned, most of them are antiques. Their childhood mental programming (the basic belief system that runs their lives today) is a products of the depression era, or of the WWII era, or of the post-WWII, hubris/exploitation era. How many of them came form a corporation that did NOT put profits ahead or EVERYTHING else? I challenge you to fine even one! Here's a tiny piece of the truth: Your advisors are money lenders addicted to the dopamine that is produced in their brains from making money and from high-stakes, financial gambling. Their addiction shows up as out-of-control addiction to Profits at Any Price. But if you even think about facing this piece of the truth, the ego-atheist money lenders will be pissed, and a kiss-ass president wouldn't want that. Environment: The already-in-process, automatic release of 10,000 billion tons of methane presently frozen in the Arctic Circle is about to produce climate changes that will kill most of the large life-forms on the entire planet, including most humans. We have only about five years left to begin making MAJOR changes to stop that now-automatic and rapidly-escalating release. But we can't face that piece of the truth, or give environmental issues more than a token response because the ego-atheist money lenders would be pissed, and a kiss-ass president wouldn't want that. Prohibition: Anybody with with an IQ over 80 (who is not a Money & Profit Addict) knows that to continue the prohibition of Marijuana is absolute, complete, and total absurdity. It' s a several-hundred-billion-dollar, financial fiasco that produces violence, political corruption, murder, finances terrorism, pushes the nation toward a fascist-style police state, prevents the existence of a multi-billion dollar hemp industry, and is a complete failure at accomplishing its publically-stated goal. There is another way. But then, if we stopped the anti-drug wars, the ego-atheist money lenders would be pissed and and a kiss-ass president wouldn't want that.
Economic Collapse:
The financial system as we know it
is not sustainable.
Attempting to maintain the financial statues quo is simply to postpone and to amplify the seriousness of the inevitable pending crash. An incredible simple solution is available. It simple takes the courage to act upon it. But we can't face that piece of the truth either, because the ego-atheist money lenders would be pissed, and a kiss-ass president wouldn't want that. The Bottom Line: Mr. President, in some areas you are doing an excellent job. For that we say thank you, BUT to continue ass-kissing the ego-atheist money lenders is a fool-proof way to kill all of us, including your own children. Mr. President, WAKE UP! And, if you think The Rapture is going to solve all our problems, or that when the "fit hits the shan," you can go hide in one of your multi-billion-dollar bunkers, you're in for a rude awakening! Mr. President, today is a good day to stop being a kiss-ass president and become a real President!

. On Monday June 14, 2010, this web page went on line. Since then, we have been contacting everyone we can imagine and: 1) Offering the suggestions outlined on this page for capturing the ongoing oil being released into the Gulf of Mexico before it reaches the surface. 2) Offering to help design an oil-capture system that will dramatically reduce the damage of the present and future oil spills. 3) Offering the services of a highly-skilled, professionally-trained, highly experienced engineer with a proven track record of successes. 4) Offering a simple, easy-to-implement solution to the highly destructive corporate mismanagement system that puts profits ahead of everything else.
To date, the number of replies we have received is Zero None Nada Zippo! We are riding the cosmic version of the Titanic and nobody is awake enough to listen. We wonder if there is anybody out there that can do something that also has a lick of common sense. BP has demonstrated its management incompetence by ignoring warnings of potential disaster, by its lack of preparedness and by it's inability to stop and/or contain the present oil spill. We could join the growing chorus of offended people and send name calling back his way, but that does not solve the problem.
Again, we offer an
alternative:
And to top all this off, political elections are no longer about the will of the people. They are about which corporation will own which politician. Corporations have managed to bribe, coerce, and or intimidate politicians into allowing corporations to spend as much money and they choose to promote any candidate and any political issue that they want. As another example of the corporate take over of American politics, in California, we have a former corporate CEO of eBay (republican Meg Whitmen) attempting to use the money she price-gouged from eBay customers to buy the governor ship of California, (71 millions spent on the primary and 150 million now being spent on the general election). And multi-millionaire, Republican, former CEO of Hewlett-Packard (Carly Fiorina) spending over five millions of dollars of the money she and her company price-gouged out of the pockets of Hewlett-Packard customers in an attempting to buy a senate seat in California.
Democracy is at the
moment critically ill and dying fast.
We've offer a life-giving transfusion. Are you listening? Is anybody listening? "Is there anybody out there?" . |

. Kurt Hach is a gifted engineer. He lived and worked in Iraq for five years as a construction engineer, directing the construction of power plants and several semi-secret military facilities. He built bunkers and underground aircraft hangers in Iraq for Saddam Hussein. Because of his intimate knowledge of Iraqi military infrastructures, and because of his ability to see into the non-physical portion of reality, he was a major, behind-the-scenes advisor to General Schwarzkopf during the 1991 Desert Storm Gulf War. Many of the successes that Schwarzkopf claimed as his ideas were, in reality, ideas that came directly from Kurt Hach. In exchange for his services, Kurt was promised that after the war, he would receive a retired colonel's salary. Instead of paying him for his services, those in charge, hired German criminal who, on several occasions, set him up for fatal auto accidents. Instead of killing him, they seriously injured his wife. After about the seventh attempt on his life, he escaped to America. He is willing and able to be an advisor regarding the production of the oil capture device described above on this web page. His only request is that he be paid for his past services he rendered during 1991 Desert Storm Gulf War. You can see the extent of his talent and abilities by visiting his websites:

. The Peter Principle: The description below of typical, corporate-executive incompetence is based upon a text found in Wikipedia. The three paragraphs below are an edited version of their opening paragraph in which they describe The Peter Principle. The Principle: "In a corporate hierarchy, every employee tends to rise to his level of incompetence." Its Description: Corporate employees are promoted so long as they work competently. Sooner or later they are promoted to a position at which they are no longer competent. Once they reach their "level of incompetence," they remain, there, unable to earn further promotions and unable to to do the job they are being paid to do. Peter's Corollary states that "in time, every post tends to be occupied by an employee who is incompetent to carry out his duties" and adds that "most successful work is accomplished by those employees who have not yet reached their level of incompetence". Field-tested: In our examination of corporate executives that have been the major sources of environmental and economic problems, such as Enron's Jeff Skilling, Bernie Madoff, and the BP executives, this principle fits the facts. BUT, don't believe us. examine the evidence for yourself.
Megalomania -- Definition of. . . .
Ideas that Came Directly from Kurt Hach I'll give you just one example of how my advice made a huge difference and made General Schwarzkopf look like a hero. Based upon my advice, General Schwarzkopf was able to completely shut down the entire Iraqi air force with one very simple technique. Saddam had four bunker hiding his Russian-made, Mig-29, fighter jets. I had intimate knowledge of these bunkers because I was part of the construction team that built them. The aircraft bunkers were long and narrow and built under roads to hide their existence. They had concealed doors on each end. I advised Schwarzkopf to drop magnesium missiles sealing the doors on each end of all four bunkers. This trapped the entire Iraqi air force, underground keeping it out of the fight and saving hundreds, perhaps thousand of American lives. . |
