Stag-One Development Plan  

Kurt Hach and Robert Cote' are both presently living in the Los Angeles Area.   In order to find the correct site and make all the necessary arrangements, and carry out all the activities required to begin building the NorCal Safe-Haven Community, they need to be in Northern California.  

The Stage One Plan Includes: 

   Finding one or more families that want to be part of the Safe-Haven Community who will purchase the property and hold title in their name while the NorCal Safe-Haven-Community Foundation's legal structure is established and initially funded by additional participants.  

When sufficient new participants purchase their positions in the community, the foundation will purchase the property form the initial purchasers, thus returning his or her investment moneys plus 20%.   Those who provide the initial funding will hold a position on the foundation's board of directors.

   Purchase two small mobile homes and moving them, temporarily into and existing mobile home community in Northern California.  

   Robert and Kurt use these mobile homes as their Northern California base while they carry out the initial activities listed above.  

   Purchase two vehicles suitable for Kurt and Robert to travel around the area and to complete the initial activities listed above.  

   Provide Robert and Kurt with the expense money required to both sustain their living expenses and carry our the initial activities listed above. ($10,000 each per month while the NorCal Safe-Haven-Community is being established.)  This stipend will be for a maximum of six months. 

Once the NorCal Safe-Haven-Community Foundation  is established, and funded, the initial moneys placed into the Kurt and Robert living and expense fund will be returned to the initial investor plus 20%.
